TERMS OF SALE AND GUARANTEE

Although none of us can truly guarantee that a pup will not be afflicted with Hip Dysplasia, or Progressive Retinal Atrophy. We can guarantee that we have bred only sound dogs and have researched the pedigrees to the best of our abilities.

A Sorenson Retrievers puppy comes with a 27-month guarantee against Hip Dysplasia, and PRA.

PUPPY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE

The Sorenson Retrievers guarantee a replacement puppy from one of our future litters.  This puppy will be provided Free of Charge excluding transportation fees, when the following conditions have been met:

A. You will inform Sorenson Retrievers in writing requesting that the    Sorenson Retriever Guarantee be fulfilled.

B. The dog must not be older then 27 months

C. The guarantee is offered only to the original purchaser of the dog    and is Non-Transferable.

D. Eye tests must be performed by a certified Canine Ophthalmologist   and rejected by CERF for eye guarantee to go into effect.

E. Hip x-rays must be performed when the dog reaches 24 months and   Sorenson Retrievers notified immediately. If hips are rejected by               OFA (found to be dysplastic), owner must only provide an OFA

              document of such rejection.

F. The puppy and AKC Individual registration forms are transferred                      back to Sorenson Retrievers and puppy is

returned at owner’s expense.

G. **IF THE DOG HAS BEEN BRED PRIOR TO OBTAINING FINAL CERF AND          OFA CLEARANCES THIS GUARANTEE IS VOID**
